name: String

User-visible item name.

name_span: SourceSpan

Source span covering the parameter name token.

ty: TypeRef

Runtime type reference for the parameter.

is_meta: bool

Whether the parameter is bound at compile time during template instantiation.

is_variadic: bool

Whether the parameter collects remaining call arguments into a tuple.
